Jennifer Green works as the California Center for Sustainable Energy’s (CCSE) Retrofit Education Manager. In her present role, she develops and implements building performance training and education offerings for contractors. She also develops workforce employment paths through CCSE programs. In previous roles at CCSE, Jennifer worked on policy research, analysis and implementation representing CCSE in legislative an regulatory proceedings. Jennifer is a Building Performance Institute Certified Analyst and Envelope Professional as well as a HERS I and HERS II certified rater.
Julie Hughes is a senior policy advisor in the U.S. Department of Energy’s Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy. At DOE, she focuses on a variety of energy efficiency issues that range from strengthening healthy homes efforts when homes are weatherized, to enabling state and local entities to accelerate the adoption of energy efficiency to transform local markets. Prior to her work at DOE, Julie served as chief of staff for New York City’s energy policy department under the leadership of Mayor Bloomberg. She began her career as a consultant in PricewaterhouseCoopers’ environmental practice.
Ben Gromicko is Director of Education for InterNACHI, the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, the world’s largest organization of residential and commercial property inspectors who perform more than 10,000 property inspections every day. Ben trains home inspectors to educate homeowners in understanding the functions, materials, systems and components of their properties. He strives to have all inspectors committed to providing consistent, accessible and trusted information to their clients about their properties' condition and energy efficiency.

Dan is certified by the Building Performance Institute (BPI) as a Building Analyst and Envelope Professional.
