Home Performance Contractor Conversations

Skills of Successful Home Performance Sales Teams
Wednesday, July 18 at 12:00 Noon Pacific - $10 - REGISTER

Join us for conversations with home performance contractors and industry experts on communicating the benefits and business case for home performance.  Our focus during this webinar series is on communicating the value and benefits of whole house home performance.

You have the basics of consultative selling down and you're installing home performance solutions.  Now it's time to grow your business, and that means you need to rely on more than one person.  Do you have the infrastructure and processes in place to handle the growth?  This session will focus on key areas in your business that must be addressed if you are to grow profitably – focusing on the sales team, support staff, and the interaction between sales and the rest of your operation.
