Jennifer Green works as the California Center for Sustainable Energy’s (CCSE) Retrofit Education Manager. In her present role, she develops and implements building performance training and education offerings for contractors. She also develops workforce employment paths through CCSE programs. In previous roles at CCSE, Jennifer worked on policy research, analysis and implementation representing CCSE in legislative an regulatory proceedings. Jennifer is a Building Performance Institute Certified Analyst and Envelope Professional as well as a HERS I and HERS II certified rater.

Dan Ignosci is a Home Performance Advisor for Comfort Advisors. With the assistance of educational and training offerings provided by the California Center for Sustainable Energy (CCSE), Comfort Advisors has successfully transitioned from a HVAC contractor exclusively to a company that provides improved air quality and comfort through the utilization of advanced home performance best practices. Prior to becoming a part of the Comfort Advisors team, Dan spent more than a decade in sales and sales management. Dan is certified by the Building Performance Institute (BPI) as a Building Analyst and Envelope Professional.
VMC has developed and managed energy efficiency and renewable energy training programs on behalf of state, industry and academic institutions since 2008. Mark has directed and managed five state funded workforce development programs that partner with efficiency and renewable energy companies, utilities, non-profits and academia. These innovative live and online training programs provided insightful knowledge and training for contractors and small businesses throughout the state. My current work is another workforce pilot program developing and delivering new efficiency and renewable energy entrepreneurship programs in Colorado. Previous professional experience includes federal contract administration, commercial business development, technology public relations and direct sales and marketing.
